Rachana K Agarwal is the founder president of Aviar. Rachana started the firm in 2006 to provide comprehensive, high quality personalized accounting, tax and business consulting services.

Rachana is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a graduate from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as, Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).
Brittany Shedd
Senior Staff Account Manager/Office Manager
Brittany Shedd is the Staff Accountant and Office Manager at Aviar. Brittany has been with Aviar since 2016, and specializes in performing payroll, sales tax, and general bookkeeping services.
Brittany has an Associate Degree in Accounting. Brittany is a business owner herself and she
continues to look for opportunities to expanding her knowledge and experience in the
accounting field.
Amit K Agarwal
Operations/Technology
Amit Agarwal is the head of operations and oversees the technology and operational
infrastructure for Aviar Financials.
Amit has an Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Iowa.
Sunnie Williams
Sr Staff Accountant & Bookkeeper
Sunnie Williams is the Sr Staff Accountant & Bookkeeper at Aviar. Sunnie has been with Aviar since 2019, and specializes in bookkeeping and payroll services.
Sunnie is a graduate from the California State University with a bachelor’s degree in Music. After working as a writer and singer in the music industry for 6 years Sunnie decided to dive back into accounting. Sunnie is currently working on her Masters in Accounting with an intention of sitting for the CPA exam
Amany Riad
Staff Accountant
Amany Riad is a staff accounting at Aviar. She has been with with Aviar since August 2021, and specializes in bookkeeping and payroll services.
Amany is graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Amany is looking to gain more experience in accounting with an intention of sitting for the CPA exam.

Staff Accountant/Marketing
Avi Agarwal is a staff accountant at Aviar. He also oversees various social media platforms and online presence for Aviar. Avi specializes in bookkeeping and payroll services and has been with Aviar since 2021.

Avi is a sophomore at Northeastern University D'Amore-McKim School of Business pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology with a concentration in Financial Technology.
